How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 calendar days from the date your package is delivered.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

All original tags, manuals, accessories, and included components must remain intact.

Customized, personalized, or perishable products cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is caused by a defective product, an incorrect item, or a shipping error made by BennetWestern.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, it will normally be inspected within 5–7 business days.
After the inspection is completed, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank, card provider, or financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if an item is returned with signs of use, damage, missing parts, or incomplete packaging.
